Before you book
- How do I make a booking on your website?
Right now Paradise Preserved Vip Car transfer service is only available from Chania and Heraklion Airports to specific locations and back. Select airport first and destination. Fill the number of persons and choose the date and time of your appointment. Press button “FIND TRANSFER” and you will redirected to the page to fill your contact details and make your booking. The booking process is very easy and if you find any difficulties please contact us to help you make your booking.
- What information do I need in order to book?
Only your contact details, date, time and number of persons.
- I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?
Do not hesitate to contact us and we will arrange any route you want to visit.
- How do I pay for my transfer?
We offer 3 payment ways. Cash on delivery, Paypal and use of your own credit – debit card. Beware that booking a transfer with the payment method “Cash on Delivery” a 30% deposit of the final price is needed. A company representative will contact you in order to give you details for the transcaction. POS will also be available on delivery to use your card instead of cash.
- Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?
Yes but only in contact with us. Call us any time and we can arrange any extra demands that you may have. It is also possible during your transportation to ask the driver for any stop that you may want.
Before you travel
- What luggage entitlement will I have?
Every person can carry two suitcases of 15kg each. For everything extra feel free to contact us and we will arrange everything!
- Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?
Driver will be waiting holding a sign of our company at the airport.
- What happens if I can’t locate my driver?
An emergency phone number will be available to you after your reservation in order to communicate. Driver will also have your contact details if anything occurs according to the appointment.
- My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?
Yes, any time you are free to contact us by phone or email to make all the changes!
- How long will the transfer take?
Transfer from one destination to another differs. It depends on the time of the apointment and the distance of the location. The driver is fully aware of the distances and he is available to answer all of your questions!
